Al, you just don’t like the fact that Dumbledore is gay. Who cares, really? The underlying theme of Harry Potter is good prevaling over evil, not moral relativism, which truly is a conservative principal. If the Harry Potter books had a liberal message, there would be much discussion about how its not Voldemort’s fault that he is evil, that he had bad parents, and that we need to UNDERSTAND him before we judge.
To clarify, good prevailing over evil is a conservative principal, NOT moral relativism.
